Two things, kept apart: what the Chinese government charges — public, and checkable against its own schedule — and how we charge for our own work: quoted per matter, in writing, before you commit.
Almost every Chinese IP firm with an English website answers the fee question with “contact us for a quote”, and then tells you nothing else. We do it differently: the official government fees — the part fixed by law and identical whichever agency you use — are published in full, line by line, in our fees guide, so you can see exactly what CNIPA will take before any conversation.
Our own service fee is not a fixed price list, and we do not pretend it is. Every matter differs in the marks, the classes, the technology and the obstacles, so we quote it per matter, in writing, itemised against the table below, before you engage us. Nothing is bundled and nothing is marked up in the official-fee column — so there are no surprises later, and no hidden charges.

Translation of long specifications, notarisation where a procedure requires it, and third-party costs such as court filing fees or investigator fees in enforcement matters. We quote those before we incur them, not after.
For patents, China operates a fee reduction scheme. Whether a foreign applicant with no Chinese tax filings can use it, we cannot tell you from any official source — the Measures do not exclude foreign applicants, but the supporting evidence they demand (a Chinese corporate income tax return) presupposes the Chinese tax system. Anyone who gives you a confident yes or no on this is guessing. We would rather ask CNIPA on your behalf.
