Tell us what you sell, where you sell it, and whether anyone in China has beaten you to the register. First conversation is no charge — and we work with you in English or Chinese.

What to send

An email with any of the following is enough to get a useful answer back — you do not need all of it:

  • The mark, or the invention
  • What you actually sell, in plain commercial terms (we will work out the classes)
  • Where you are incorporated
  • Whether you already have a filing anywhere — priority may still be open
  • Whether you have found someone else using or registering your brand in China

We will come back with the classes and subclasses we would file in, what CNIPA will charge, and a written quote for our own work, itemised separately.

No form on the staging build

This staging build has no contact form — a static site has nowhere to post one to, and we are not going to wire up a form that silently drops enquiries. The production site will post to a real endpoint. For now the mailto link above reaches a person.
