Strategies for Trade Secret Protection and Patent Infringement Disputes

Furthermore, Mr. Kaihui Lai of Fujian Fengdao Law Firm presented his knowledge on "intellectual property rights protection and litigation response of domestic e-commerce platforms".

The representatives of participating enterprises expressed that through this salon, they have comprehensively understood and mastered the relevant rules of patent infringement judgment, and have a better understanding of how to use diversified rights protection means to realize enterprise intellectual property protection.
