Senior Patent Attorney / Guidance Coach for Implementation of IP Standards / Master's

        Hua graduated from the Institute of Microbiology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and wrote his master’s degree dissertation on molecular virology and the biological engineering laboratory. After graduating in 2001, she has been engaged in R&D, project management and patent work respectively. She began to work as a patent agent in 2006 and obtained the patent attorney qualification in 2010. In 2011, she published an article "Analysis of Monsanto's Soybean Patent" in "China Invention and Patent". Since 2013, she has been the Manager of the Biochemical Department at Xiamen Intenova Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., specializing in biology, medical and pharmaceutical, chemical, food and agriculture industries. She has extensive experience in patent searches, filing, responding to office actions and reexamination domestically and abroad. As a lecturer in the public training of intellectual property organized by the government, she also provides patent knowledge training for many well-known enterprises. She provides professional opinions and solutions in various aspects such as the implementation of enterprise intellectual property standards, the establishment of patent system and filing strategy, patent analysis, patent mining, the cultivation of high-value patents, the establishment of patent early warning platforms, intellectual property due diligence, etc.
