1. Summary of the case

On June 30, 2015, Harting Electric GmbH & Co. KG filed a request for invalidation on the patentee's patented connector and EMC shell, patent no.: 201420344907.5. The patentee entrusted Xiamen Intenova Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. to represent them in the invalidation proceedings. After the decision, the plaintiff refused to accept the decision and filed an administrative litigation suit. The patentee once again entrusted our firm to act as the third party to participate in the administrative litigation on the decision for the invalidation request of patent No. 28351.

Beijing Intellectual Property Court made the decision and rejected the plaintiff's claim, supporting the decision made by the Re-examination Board to maintain all the patent rights.
