In an effort to enhance the comprehensive qualities and capabilities of its member units' Human Resources (HR), the Xiamen Municipal Invention Association successfully organized its inaugural and vibrant HR exchange event on November 29th at the Innovation Building, 24th floor, in the Jimei Industrial Park. The event, which initially aimed to host around 10 participants in an intimate salon setting, exceeded expectations with an actual turnout of over 40 people, necessitating multiple venue changes. The organizers extend sincere apologies to those participants who encountered challenges due to these adjustments. The event's success underscores the thriving demand for HR-related exchanges, reflecting a keen desire among businesses to elevate the overall competence of their workforce.
The event saw participation not only from representatives of over 20 companies but also witnessed the presence of several top executives who actively engaged in the learning sessions. Throughout the exchange, participants explored the perspectives of seasoned experts, HR professionals, and company leaders, understanding how these viewpoints intersect and complement each other.
The lineup of distinguished HR experts included the HR Directors of Hongfa Group, Luda Group (also serving as the Secretary-General of the HR Association), Lamaze (Xiamen) Fitness Equipment Co., Ltd., HR Training Institution Aliang, and the HR Director of Dynike (who regrettably missed the photo session). Together, they formed a formidable team, sharing their profound professional knowledge and practical experiences, providing in-depth insights into the emerging trends in the HR domain and essential principles of effective corporate management.
"Believe that joining the Invention Association is about innovating and creating for businesses. The prerequisite for innovation and creation is a breakthrough in thinking. Some say, 'Stay at home, and your world is confined; step out, and the world becomes your home!' By considering the world as our home, meaningful breakthroughs can be achieved through interactive exchanges. As a company, the breakthroughs and growth of each employee construct the new heights of the enterprise," remarked the event's host, Ms. Huang Changqing, Secretary-General of the Xiamen Municipal Invention Association and Director of the Intellectual Property Market Department at Intenova Intellectual Property.
The Xiamen Municipal Invention Association expressed its commitment to continue organizing similar exchange events, providing member units with more opportunities for breakthroughs, innovation, and growth. This initiative aims to support businesses in standing out amidst intense market competition.
