Bachelor's in Applied Physics from Fuzhou University, with 2 years of R&D experience in electronics. In 2008, Mr. He joined Xiamen Chengde Intellectual Property Agency (the predecessor of Intenova), specializing in patent drafting and prosecution in machinery, optoelectronics, computer science and other fields. Since 2013, he has been the Deputy General Manager of Xiamen Intenova Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for the review and management of optical, electrical, photoelectric, mechanical and computer science cases; filing patent applications, response to office actions and re-examinations, invalidations, litigation, etc. He has experience of handling over 1000 cases.
