First intellectual property training of Xiamen University in 2018

As an important part of intellectual property, patent plays a very important role in the development of enterprises. It is necessary for enterprises to mine patents effectively and implement patent planning in order to avoid intellectual property risks and enhance core competitiveness in the market.

In order to have the lecturers at Xiamen University further understand the key issues of how to apply for patents and obtaining allowance in the field of Biochemistry - how to evaluate inventiveness, how to conduct patent mining and planning and other related issues, the first intellectual property training of Xiamen University was held on April 9, 2018 in Report Hall 202 of the Lujiaxi Building at Xiamen University.

In this training seminar, Xiamen University specially invited Qin Hua, Head of the Biochemical Department and senior patent attorney from our firm, to give a lecture. In the class, Ms. Qin Hua analyzed and explained the basic knowledge of patent, the key issues of invention patent granting at present - the evaluation of inventiveness, patent planning, etc. utilizing examples of cases.
